COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This interactive short course provides students who have violated school tobacco/nicotine use policy with an opportunity to learn the difference between fact and fiction when it comes to information about nicotine and tobacco products and use. The course looks at facts from both the national and the Montana lens as well as provides an understanding of dependence and addiction, marketing tactics, financial costs, available support programs, and steps to take to make a plan to quit.

Please note: During the 2023-24 academic year the cost of this pilot course is covered by a partnership between the Montana Legislature and MTDA.
